Our service is free for our companies until a hire is made. When a candidate accepts an offer, Gogohire will take a 15% placement fee of the candidate’s first-year base salary.

Every time a candidate accepts an interview request, you should receive an SMS alert on your cellphone. If you want to enable these alerts, or turn them off, log in to your ‘Settings’ and either check or uncheck the “Send me SMS Alerts” box at the bottom of the page.
If you have feedback about our candidates, we want to hear about it. If you decline a request for an interview with a candidate, a pop-up window will appear where you can type in your feedback. We read every response.

Don’t worry! Like any hiring process, it’s a numbers game. On average it normally takes between 20-25 interview requests to make a hire. Stick with it. Also, we would recommend that you review the “decline reason” after a candidate declines your request. This will give you greater insight into why candidates are declining your interview requests.
